Plot the points

Point the plots

Encapsulate in seconds

What might take hours

Add drama, suspense and conflict

To the pot. To the plot?

Create a sense of moment.

Fight back

Don’t let them turn out the light

Let the characters shine through

The spoken story is not

Deliver the dialogue

No-one will dare to whisper

Deep and Calm

Very driven, in a certain way.

I’ve become autocratic

Deep and calm

It’s got to make sense

It’s got to make money

It’s more intense

It’s more unpleasant

A home, no home

It’s cost my son

It’s cost my husband

It’s cost me

My enjoyment of life

But it’s not that bad

When you’re ninety-five

With a young toy-boy, and

You look back and

Stop worrying

Be – at your crossroads

Be – self-aware

Make your choices

Clarify. Don’t resign.

It’s not easy but

It’s surprisingly simple

There’s not a crisis to fix

It’s all done

Between sadness and anger

Leading to now

Looking for difficult situations

Till I’m ninety-five

Don’t wait to speak out

Stop and look around.

Reduce the problems

You’re going to solve

Use the energy elsewhere

Do what is necessary

To express your life

Through joy and contentment.

It’s not about getting rid

It’s having the choice.

“Why” doesn’t change anything

I don’t know “why” it’s there

An old unpleasant

Familiar feeling

Resentment

Somewhere between

Bitterness and sadness

Joyless-ness

Sunday evenings back to school

The end of a chapter

A little empty

Strongly self-reliant

And independent

Empathetic, competitive

Self-contained

But looking back

Has made me

Stifle other people

The Calvinist principle

But sometimes it’s not

Necessary. It’s just a

Valuable reserve

Not a prime-mover

I can see the damage

I can change NOW!!

In September 2007 no longer a prime-mover

Good choice. Make

A special and positive difference

To myself and others.

Am I too independent?

My heart pounds with fear

Up to my neck

In the puddle I’d dipped my toe in

A hammer smashing an apple

Gratifying because expected

Be seen to be coping

With tears from my father

Seeing without my glasses

Eleven years old

Seek them out

Confront them

With industrial strength friends

To break the habit

Of my dad

Tackle him with anger and pride

Letting go; welcoming people

Into my life. Thank you from

My old lady.

Hope. Give yourself options. Repeat.

Listen to the same thing

Over and over and over

To get the ideas

Fixed – in your mind

So they become fixed habits

But – you can’t just read the book

To change the annual income

To the monthly income.

From Abundance, he took

Abundance. And still, Abundance

Remained.

Set up multiple sources of income

Build a Fantasy

Of how

You really

Want to live.

Can I do it?

Am I able?

Am I willing?

Then turn your fantasy into a goal

What do I really want?

See it; believe it; do it.

You’ve got to know where you’re going

And then, you’re going to get there.

But – you do have to study.

Calm down and speed up.

Know the things

You’re going to do

Tomorrow. Take control.

What you see is a reflection of you.

What you see is what you have

Do you have a vision?

How big is your vision?

The only thing that satisfies the Soul, is

“Thank you, I love you.”

Whatever is highest of your values

Is what you will do.

Inspiration is from the highest value

Motivation is from the lowest.

The hierarchy of values

Dictates your destiny

If you think you’re not successful

With whom are you comparing yourself?

It’s a different form of success

No-one has to get you up

In the morning

To get you to do

What you love to be doing.

Shift your hierarchy of values

The hierarchy of your values

Dictates your destiny;

Have an inspired life

Be in your own space

Ask amazing questions

Be true to your intention

Nothing is ever missing

It’s just not within

Your level

Of awareness;

Honour your own magnificence;

Appreciate what you’ve got

Say thank you

To a dream come true

Gratitude is the Secret. So is love.

Everyday, record your gratitude

Gratitude is where it starts

Look for the authentic moment

Change the Paradigm

Share Love and Gratitude.

I can do that!

Let’s be on the same page

About coaching

It starts in you – in here

The emotionally intelligent

You remember

You relate

To be a decent coach

You’ve got to go there

Like a leader

But GROW is only a sequence

Coach and build yourself

And, others

Get them to be aware and responsible

Overcome the opposition

In your own head

Ask – what’s the block

In your own head?

The time it takes is

The time it takes

Just ask – what would you do?

We are our history. So, change

Our outer behaviour –

That doesn’t work – it’s not

Coaching – it’s instruction

From psychology to coaching

Be more aware

It’ll all be Okay.

But ya got to be spiritual

Ya got to be aware

Beyond your person

But the next stage is

Already here.

As we take the unmentioned

Evolutionary journey

Through four stages (of consciousness)

From ego-centric

To ethno-centric

And then

From World-centric

To Kosmo-centric –

All that is…all that is…

We have to change instruction

To coaching. This is the way

We have to think. Driving.

OK, half an hour to change the world.

Have you been there

Yourself?

Are you on a horizontal or

A vertical journey to your

Crisis of Meaning?

What was meaningful yesterday

Is not so meaningful today.

Where do I intervene?

Give them the graph

And ask them what it means;

Listen, to the conversation

And find the direction

For now

In order to pay the rent!

In my crisis of duality

Get in touch with that part of me

That knows – the higher self.

But the upper hand will become

The lower hand and

The lower hand will in turn

Become the upper, the upper

And Eeyore, the victim

And Tigger the hero

And who you really are

So what part of you wants

To do that?

Recognise, accept, co-operate and

Integrate. Harmonise. Make every cell

Go in the same direction

And then dis-identify

Tuning up individually

Before the concert

But then you need

The conductor.

Become the conductor of your own orchestra

Become the “I”

Have pure will and

Pure consciousness

Build the awareness

Build the responsibility

But it is a journey – not

A destination.

We have allowed

Ethno-centric people to rule

The World. And coaching

Is at the OK end

Of the spectrum

Directly geared to helping

People

Find out

Who

They really are.

Passion coupled with humility

Poetry at the super conscious level.

Be the midwives of the transformation

Of the world.
